Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional for a small office who does not mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, accounting, operations, and HR support related tasks. The ideal candidate can work independently, is well organized, flexible and enjoys administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.


  • Prepare and process accounting records, financial statements, taxes, bank reconciliation, general ledger, work tickets and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
  • Create monthly reports on sales, inventory, financials, etc.
  • Process semi-monthly payroll and perform payroll functions as needed
  • Preform bookkeeping processes and organize the storage of data
  • Inventory audit and reconciliation
  • Process recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and all employee related matters
  • Maintain employee records, benefits, and leaves of absence requests
  • Aide in creating or changing policy & procedures
  • Keep up to date with federal and state labor laws
  • Introduce new policies, rules and regulations and ensure they are followed


  • 4+ years in A/P, A/R, Excel, accounting, budgeting, payroll, month end reports
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Must be honest, professional, dependable, and looking for a long-term career
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Some Human Resources knowledge preferred
  • Accuracy with numbers
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Federal & State employment laws & Cal OSHA regulations
  • Detail orientated/organizational skills
  • Nice disposition in dealing with employees/customers
  • Be open/flexible to change with a positive outlook on creating solutions for negative situations
  • 2-4 years college in accounting, business administration or related course
  • Strong leadership skills
